The APRN renewal fee is $533 for a prescribing NP who also renews their underlying RN license ($258 RN renewal + $205 NP renewal + $70 Prescription Monitoring surcharge); add $50 per additional population focus. The Nurse Licensure Compact covers RN and LPN/VN licenses only, so multi-state APRN practice still means a separate APRN credential in each state.
