6Weeks 4-6: Drill the scientific and psychosocial foundations. Carcinogenesis basics, tumor biology, genetics and genomics, and the psychosocial and cultural dimensions of cancer care.
7Weeks 7-8: Switch to timed, mixed practice. Full-length sets under exam conditions build stamina for 165 questions and rehearse pacing.
8Final week: Consolidate, do not cram. Work your error log and a high-yield toxicity sheet, taper new material, and confirm your PSI test-center logistics.

Which exam to take

OCN is the foundational adult oncology credential.
